Remembering September 11, 2001

First, I just want to let everyone know that I offer my sincere condolences to those who lost loved ones in the attack on the United States on September 11. As a result of this heinous crime, the dragons will now carry the colors, indefinitely, to show that these colors don’t run!

Now, golf. I participated in our office’s OPB golf outing last week Tuesday. The weather was perfect, cloudy, but perfect. We were split up into three groups of three, and we played a scramble format. My team won, with a final score of 37. Visit “My Scrapbook” and click the “Golf” page to see pictures.

I also played near Waterford, Wisconsin, at a club named Rivermoor. I played with my friend Jason, who moved to Minnesota about a month before I moved to Madison, and two friends of his. I saw him in Germantown (at my old watering hole) for his birthday last February. Since we played a scramble, together we played alright (although both teams ended up scoring pretty even).

I’ve been suffering a strained tendon or ligament in my hand for about two weeks. I injured it during a trip to the driving range, but it’s feeling better now. I look forward to playing again this Tuesday in my new league session.
